What plans are available?

How does automatic translation work?

Your menu can be translated into other languages automatically. How many languages you can use depends on your plan, so check the pricing table for the details.

How does live currency conversion work?

Currency values update four times a day from global exchange rate data. Your customers can switch your prices into other currencies with a single click, so the pricing they see stays accurate and current.

Can I add my logo and social media links?

Yes. Uploading your business logo is included in every plan. Linking to your social media profiles is available on the Pro and Business plans.

How do my customers open the menu?

When you create a menu you get a unique link and a QR code that opens it. Share either one with your customers for instant access.

How do I subscribe, and what can I pay with?

You subscribe on our website through Stripe, a secure payment platform. Stripe accepts credit and debit cards and many other payment methods. You can choose monthly or yearly billing.

Can I see statistics for my menu?

Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. Open the menu in your dashboard and pick a date range to see how many people visited and the average time they spent, so you can track engagement and improve your menu.

Can I remove the SeeTheMenu badge?

Yes. The Unlabeled option presents your menu without the powered by SeeTheMenu badge.

Can I customize the design?

Yes. On the Business plan some extra design tweaks can be arranged by contacting us.

What happens if someone uploads inappropriate content?

Customers and visitors can report a menu with inappropriate content. A reported menu is temporarily disabled until the owner fixes it, which keeps the platform safe and respectful for everyone.

How do I report a menu I find inappropriate?

Use the Report this menu link at the end of the menu options. Your report feeds into our moderation process and helps keep the platform respectful.

How does the flagging system work?

Content gets one report point each time it is reported. At 3 points it is flagged, and at 4 or more it is red flagged and deactivated. Owners can bring red flagged content back by updating it, though it stays flagged. Administrators can blacklist content (deactivated until the owner updates it and gets approval) or whitelist it (all flags cleared, and it cannot be reported again unless the owner edits it).

How do I reactivate or change a menu status?

Owners reactivate red flagged content by updating it, and it stays flagged. Blacklisted content needs an owner update plus administrator approval. Whitelisting clears every flag and makes a menu unreportable, but editing a whitelisted menu makes it reportable again.

How should I upload a large logo?

To match the recommended size, resize your image with a tool like ImageResizer.com and compress it with TinyPNG.com. We never alter your uploaded image, so preparing it yourself keeps your menu fast while your brand looks exactly as you intend.
