The auto-translate feature allows your menu to be instantly translated into different languages based on your subscription tier: 1 language for the Basic subscription, 5 languages for the Premium subscription, and unlimited languages for the Business subscription.
We offer three subscription tiers: Basic, Premium and Business. All differences can be seen from the pricing table.

Yes, the ability to upload your business logo is included in all subscription plans. Linking to social media profiles is available in Premium and Business subscriptions.

Subscription can be done directly through our website via Stripe, a secure online payment platform. If you come across content you believe is inappropriate, you can report it by clicking the “Report Post” link located at the end of the menu options for that post. This action contributes to the moderation process and helps maintain a respectful environment on our platform.
Content receives a report point each time it’s reported. At 3 points, it’s flagged. At 4 or more, it’s red flagged and deactivated. Owners can reactivate red flagged content by updating it, but it stays flagged. Admins can blacklist (deactivate until the owner updates and gets admin approval) or whitelist (remove all flags and report points; cannot be reported unless altered by the owner) posts manually.

Owners can update red flagged content for reactivation (remains flagged). Blacklisted content requires owner updates and admin approval for reactivation. Whitelisting removes all flags and makes a post unreportable, but editing a whitelisted post makes it unflagged and reportable again.

Unlabeled refers to the ability to present the digital menu without the powered-by badge of “SeeTheMenu” from the service provider.

Statistics for your digital menu are available to users subscribed to our Pro and Business tiers. To view these analytics, navigate to the menu page on your dashboard. Here, you can select a specific date range to access detailed insights from the previous week, including the total number of visits to your menu and the average time spent per visit. This feature helps you gauge customer engagement and optimize your menu for better performance.

To ensure your logo fits well within the specified dimensions for our platform, we recommend using image resizing tools such as ImageResizer.com. This tool allows you to adjust the size of your image to meet our requirements without losing clarity. Additionally, consider using image compression services like TinyPNG.com to reduce the file size while maintaining the quality of your image.
