Eligibility for Refunds
- Subscription Cancellations: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription or renewal, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided that your account has not been flagged for violations of our Terms of Use, including the uploading of inappropriate content.
- Renewals: For automatic renewals, we provide a grace period of 3 days after the billing date for users to request a refund. This is applicable only if the service has not been utilized during the new billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Violation of Terms of Use: Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Use, including but not limited to the upload of inappropriate, vulgar, or offensive content, may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the service was misused or used to disseminate prohibited content.
- Beyond the Grace Period: Refund requests made beyond the eligible refund period (14 days for new subscriptions and 3 days for renewals) will not be honored.
- Partial Use: Subscriptions that have been partially used, where the services offered (such as live currency conversion and auto-translate features) have been utilized, may not be eligible for a full refund. We may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund based on the usage.
Processing Refunds
- To request a refund, please contact our support team through the contact information provided on our website. Include your account details, subscription type, and reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days upon approval of the refund request.
- We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
